The Tiemco Critter Tackle Armor Chugger is the brand's second elastomer frog. Like its sister, this material ( not to be mixed with other lures), gives it near-invulnerability against the teeth of carnivores. In terms of animation, it can be handled like a traditional frog or like a popper, its wide mouth emitting a distinctive "POP" sound.

The Armor Chugger is a "popper frog". Simply imprint it with little twitches and it emits a "pop" on the surface of the water. It has a long, deep slot for optimum hook penetration during the setting phase. It is made of elastomer, making it unperceivable by pike teeth. The density of the elastomer gives it a more natural buoyancy, just below the surface of the water. It is supplied with a 4/0 Texan hook. Never mix the Armor Chugger with other lures. A MUST HAVE for surface fishing
