A Japanese company specializing in the pursuit of difficult fish, Deps is a top-of-the-range brand that has developed numerous lures and rods to help you exceed your objectives.

Founded by Kasumasa Okumura in Kyoto in 1997, the brand is primarily aimed at one type of angler: the "specimen hunter". But by specimen, Deps means a hard-to-catch fish, not necessarily the biggest. That's why every product, no matter how innovative, is tested hundreds of hours before it goes to market. A true Japanese fishing philosophy that has resulted in the creation of lure gems such as the Slide Swimmer, Sakamata Shad and Bull Shooter series, as well as superb rods such as the Sidewinder range.
