Hends Tapered Leader - Bas de ligne monofilament

The Hends Tapered Leader is a 270-cm leader designed for light dry-fly fishing. Its tapered construction facilitates the transition between the main line and the tip; Hends describes it as a very supple monofilament with low memory.

The 4X version features a 0.18 mm tip, with a rated breaking strength of 2.4 kg. The 6X version has a tip diameter of 0.125 mm and a rated breaking strength of 1.2 kg. These specifications allow you to compare the two sizes based on the fly’s size and the desired subtlety of the presentation.
