Varivas Casting SMP Hiramasa Tune X8 is a braid developed with tuna fishing specialist Seiichiro Tashiro. This limited series benefits from a STC-W resin coating, which improves casting feel by reducing friction between line and rod. Casting is smoother and distances increased. This coating also protects the braid from the aggressions of sea water, maintains the color longer and prevents the braid from linting. Available in lengths of 300m and 400m with strengths from 80 lb to 160 lb.
