This new type of material has a tensile strength that surpasses that of fibreglass, while being much lighter. Finally, the "Project X10" team aimed for sustainable manufacturing and the use of natural materials helps reduce CO2 emissions during the manufacturing process. Of all the composite materials used by ITO Engineering to date, this is the most durable and functional. The Megabass Orochi X10F4 1/2-611XT Super Elseil Casting Rod has been developed for use with very lightly weighted (weightless) soft lures, making it ideal for fine fishing in environments where fishing pressure is high, such as street fishing. We also recommend it for use with hard lures that don't pull very hard on the rod, such as jerkbait minnows.
