The Fiiish Black Squid No. 2 hook assembly lets you use Black Minnow 90mm or Black Eel 110mm bodies and heads to target squid, cuttlefish and octopus. It replaces the conventional hook with BKK hook crowns while retaining the PH2S articulation. A phosphorescent Glow insert is built into the assembly, sold individually.

The Black Squid No. 2 adapts Black Minnow 90mm or Black Eel 110mm bodies and heads for cephalopod fishing. It lets you keep these components while changing the lure’s hook assembly.

The BKK hook crowns replace the usual hook with rings of points designed to hold squid, cuttlefish and octopus. The PH2S system maintains the body’s mobility, while a phosphorescent Glow insert is built into the rig.

This presentation is worked slowly, with cast-and-retrieve fishing from the shore or vertical fishing and trolling from a boat. The head weight still needs to suit the depth being targeted.
