The Exciter Bird works on the surface, creating splashes and fluttering motions. It can be used ahead of a lure, lead a string of teasers, or be rigged in series to add more action to the trolling line.
When placed in front of a lure, the Exciter Bird adds surface action. It can also help stabilize a lure fished off the outrigger when the wind disrupts its path.
It can also be mounted at the head of a daisy chain—that is, a series of teasers—or in a chain consisting of several Exciter Birds.
Three sizes allow you to adapt the rig: 13 cm for 35 g, 19 cm for 100 g, and 25 cm for 250 g.
