When using a lightly weighted or unweighted Texas rig, make short tugs and then give the line a little slack to let the lure glide. Constant tension would limit its movement. The Carolina rig offers a different approach: the lure follows the weight with a gliding phase. It can also be presented on the fly for bass with a weight suited to the target depth. Keep the body aligned with the hook to prevent unwanted rotation. The pack includes eight lures.
