The Line Remover removes nylon or braided line from a spool before it is replaced. Its motor feeds out up to 4 meters of line per second, making it easy to empty high-capacity reels. A hook-sharpening stone is built into the device.
To replace a worn line, the Line Remover eliminates the need to unwind the entire spool by hand. Its high-grip wheel pulls the monofilament or braided line—even when it’s tightly wound—at speeds of up to 4 m/s.
The motor runs at 2,700 rpm. The device also includes an aluminum oxide stone for sharpening hooks. It requires four AA batteries, which must be purchased separately.
