This lure, with no external bib (the latter being formed by the body of the swimming fish itself), has record casting distances thanks to its aerodynamics coupled with mass transfer. It's an ideal lure for rapidly prospecting large areas by simply varying retrieve speeds. It holds up remarkably well in strong currents as well as on fast accelerations and retrieves where it won't stall. It's a must to get exotic predators riled up, giving them the impression that their prey is about to escape. Its powerful "Woblling" even at low retrieve and its consequent volume make it a good jerk for stalking pike in the edges.
