This version of the Squid Set features a 9-cm pink jig with a large basket. It retains a simple rig consisting of a single jig with a 40-g terminal weight.

The leader is 120 cm long and made of 40/100 nylon. The large basket expands the strike zone around the rear of the lure; the rig is stored on its floating foam holder. Work the lure with short vertical jerks, then let it settle. Check the condition of the hooks after contact with the bottom, and rinse the rig before letting it dry.
