The SCII blank features SCVI at the butt and the FRS resin system. Atlas Performance stainless steel guides, a Sea Guide NPS reel seat, and an EVA handle round out the rod. The three-piece versions come with a rod case. In a shaded stream, a shorter rod makes it easier to maneuver the tip. On a more open river, a longer rod helps you track the drift. The power should be suited to lighter line weights so that the blank loads properly on the cast.
