Moulinet spinning Okuma Tomcat

The Tomcat comes in a range of sizes to suit very different needs. The 4000 weighs 301g and retrieves 76cm per turn; the 6000 weighs 445g and retrieves 79cm. The 8000, 14000, and 16000 models are designed for anglers seeking greater line capacity.

The 14000 features a Dual Force drag system with a maximum drag of 18 kg. The 16000 has a maximum drag of 16 kg and a higher capacity: 335 m of 0.45 mm line, compared to 290 m for the 14000. A higher model number does not necessarily mean the most powerful drag.

The reels feature 6+1 ball bearings, a brass gear, and a Quick-Set anti-reverse. The aluminum spool is equipped with a round metal line clip, and the rigid handle ends with a TPE Ergo Grip.
