The Safina 4000 weighs 281g and holds 180m of 0.30mm line. The 6000 weighs 398g and holds 200m of 0.35mm line. The 8000 and 14000 models feature larger spools: 165 m and 290 m of 0.45 mm line, weighing 570 g and 598 g, respectively.

These differences should be considered in relation to the rod’s weight. Retrieve length also increases, from 76 cm per turn on the 4000 to 109 cm on the 14000.

The frame and handle are made of graphite; and all sizes offered here feature a T-handle. The mechanism uses a brass pinion, 1+1 bearings, and a Quick-Set anti-reverse system. The CFR rotor features RES II balancing.
