Trefle Creation Divola F

The Divola Trefle Creation is a floating lure with a removable front shield. With the shield attached, it swims in an S-pattern on a steady retrieve; without it, it makes wider sideways glides. This allows you to try two different presentations with the same lure.

The Divola’s removable front shield alters its contact with the water and its trajectory. With the shield attached, a linear retrieve produces an S-shaped swim with tail wagging. Short jerks cause it to move in a “walking the dog” pattern with little forward movement, allowing you to hold it in one spot. Without the shield, longer pulls produce wide lateral drifts, or long slides, particularly when targeting sea bass at the surface. The ventral weight lowers the center of gravity and maintains a low profile in the water. Check the shield’s attachment after each configuration change.
