BKK RAPTOR X

The Raptor-X is a 3X treble hook whose design is inspired by one of the best treble hooks ever released by BKK, the Raptor-Z. The hook’s proportions have been maintained to provide excellent strength. In addition, its point is slightly straightened to improve penetration speed, enhanced by the Hand-Ground sharpening process. Thanks to its thinner steel diameter and availability in very small sizes, the Raptor-X can be used to rig smaller lures without affecting their swimming action. The hook’s lightweight construction is further enhanced by the Hand-Ground process, which involves manually sharpening the hook by removing material around the point. The Raptor-X’s Bright-Tin coating is designed to maximize its resistance to saltwater corrosion, making it suitable even for harsh saltwater environments.
