Vision Bläkkäri Backing

The Bläkkäri Backing features a low-stretch Dacron construction, with a black color that looks very understated on the spool. Backing serves as a safety reserve beneath the main line: it becomes essential when a fish takes up distance or when a thick main line already takes up a lot of space on the reel. The 20lb version is sufficient for standard trout and grayling fishing, with a reserve suitable for common reels. The 30lb version is ideal for more powerful setups, heavier fish, or robust one-handed, light switch, or light two-handed configurations. The short spool fits a single reel, while bulk spools allow you to prepare multiple reels with a controlled and consistent length.
