YGK XBraid Upgrade X8

YGK X-Braid Upgrade X8 is an 8-strand PE braid designed as an all-round high-spec line for lure fishing. Its construction combines high-density pitch manufacturing with YGK’s WX8 braiding process, GP processing and HST processing, with the aim of balancing two properties that often conflict in braided line: linear strength and abrasion resistance. The line uses polyethylene with a specific gravity of 0.98. Its standard colour is green, with a 15 cm white marking every metre. Those markings are useful when you want a visual reference for short-distance line movement, retrieve control or approximate distance without moving to a full multicolour offshore braid.
