The ILLEX NIGHT SHADOWS B 230 XXXH The Ghost Dog has been two years in development. The design brief was to create a baitcasting rod capable of fishing XXL hard and softbaits for XXL sized fish in the most challenging environments.
Capable of casting lures up to 300g or trolling lures as heavy as 400g. The ultimate rod for big river, large lake or reservoir specimen hunting. The perfect rod for taking to dream destinations like Sweden, Spain, Ireland, Quebec or Holland. Using an element of fibreglass in the blank helps absorb excess lure vibrations and compresses the rod better when casting oversized lures. Built using top quality Japanese FUJI components: Alconite K series anti-frap rings and an ACS reel seat.. An EVA handle above the reel seat gives extra comfort and control when fighting big fish.
