The Illex Cover Craw Grande 4.5" is an oversized creature designed for Texas rig and backslide rig fishing. Its dense and compact body, specially designed to be skippered, allows it to easily get into congested areas: submerged foliage, dead wood, pontoons, boat hulls, dense weedbeds. Its salted material gives it excellent balance and sufficient weight to be used weightless, while retaining a natural swimming action. Its club-like legs give off subtle vibrations that trigger attacks from ambushers. On backslide rigs, by reversing the hook direction and adding a tungsten insert in the tail, it moves away from the angler, reaching previously inaccessible areas.
