Choose your declination

When used as a jig trailer, the claws extend the skirt’s movement and flutter as the jig sinks. On a swivel jig head, they work during a retrieve near the bottom. A Texas rig is used to present the lure in openings. Pause briefly after each movement: this allows the claws to return to a defensive position. Choose a leader that supports the body without restricting the movement of the claws at their base. Adjusting the weight controls the sink rate without forcing a more aggressive retrieve.
