At low speed, it swims close to the surface. A faster retrieve brings it just below the surface. The protected double 4/0 hook maintains a presentation well-suited for vegetated banks. First, adjust your speed as you cast to find the desired wake. As you fish along a line of leaves, maintain this pace without making too many rod tip movements. Speed up when you reach an open area, then slow down again.
