Hends 500 - hameçon fin pour gammares

The Hends 500 is a very fine curved hook, designed for gammarids and light fishing for small fish. Its shape also serves as a base for pupae, chironomids, and emergers when the imitation calls for a curved body.

When tying, follow the curve with a lightly weighted body to preserve the fly’s silhouette and the gap beneath the point. The 500 features a barb and a bronze finish. The two available sizes, #8 and #14, are packaged in bags of 25.
