The Stream II is a lighter, upgraded version of Hanak’s Stream reel. Its wide spool speeds up retrieval and offers various line capacities depending on the size. The Stream II’s rotation mechanism combines two ball bearings and a unidirectional roller bearing. The drag system features sensitive adjustment. Size 24 is designed for light lines, size 46 covers a WF5F, and size 79 goes up to WF8F; first choose the line capacity, then check the balance weight on your rod. The three models cover, in particular, #2–4, #4–6, and #7–9; first choose the capacity that matches your fly line and backing, then select the finish.
