Ragot Bar nylon is designed for spooling reels used for sea bass fishing. The diameter, strength, and spool length are interrelated: the stronger versions contain less line. Your choice should take the reel’s capacity into account.
The Ragot Bar is available in four sizes. The 0.30mm size offers 480m and a breaking strength of 6.5kg; the 0.35mm size offers 360m and 8.1kg. The 0.40mm version offers 280m with a breaking strength of 11.2kg, and the 0.45mm version offers 220m with a breaking strength of 13.2kg.
These lengths allow you to plan your supply based on the spool capacity for the selected diameter. A higher breaking strength is accompanied here by a thicker line and a shorter length.
