The NUV is used to shape the body, while the tying thread holds the materials in place. On a small nymph, tie the wraps close together and avoid adding extra layers where the body meets the thorax. A fine wrap then highlights the segments without obscuring the body’s color. Choose the contrast based on the NUV color you’ve selected. Each spool contains 100 meters.
