Hends Body Quills Multicolour - Fil bicolore

The Hends Multicolored Body Quills combine two colors in a single body thread. The look is created on the vise by adjusting the position of the colors and the thickness of the wraps.

The Hends method begins with a base layer of white thread. Next, cut about 10 cm of Body Quill from its lightest section, fold the strand in half, and secure the two light ends to the hook. The wraps progress toward the head in small steps: about 2 mm forward, then 1.5 mm backward.

This back-and-forth motion layers the shades to form the body. Suggested color combinations range from beige/brown to light olive/dark olive, including gray/pink and yellow/brown.
