Daiwa Saltiga Air Portable rods are designed for saltwater fishing trips. Packed lengths range from 65cm to 78cm depending on the model, so you can check the fit in your luggage before you travel. Each HVF Nanoplus X45 blank has 3 or 4 sections, with V-Joint Alpha joints designed to improve the bend through the connections.
Saltiga Air Portable rods are built for saltwater trips targeting fish such as tuna and giant trevally. Their multi-section construction makes a powerful rod easier to transport. V-Joint Alpha joints are designed to improve the bend through the connections when the blank is under load.
The HVF Nanoplus X45 carbon blank is fitted with Fuji SiC guides and a Fuji reel seat. The grip is made from high-density EVA, and the rod has a powerful tip action.
Packed length is the length of the rod when taken apart. It helps you check how much space is needed in a bag or rod case; the fishing length and number of sections also vary by model.
