The Jighead Swimmer is a shad rigged on a jighead, with a treble hook under the head and another under the belly. The frame holds this rig in place without restricting the soft body’s swimming action. The jighead’s balance stabilizes the lure and accentuates its rolling action during retrieval. It can be worked in a straight line near the bottom or with a light retrieve in shallow areas. Available sizes are 85 mm (15 g) and 110 mm (23 g), with a replacement body included.
