The Yamai-Suteki Crafter’s Barb is a barbed single hook for casting lures to tuna and giant trevally. Each Japanese-made hook comes rigged on a ring, with two hooks of the same size in a pack.
When replacing a treble on a casting lure, compare its weight with that of the rigged single hook. Keeping the weight close to that of the original treble helps preserve the lure’s balance. Check that the point clears the body as the hook swings.
