Cactus Chenille CCH is used to wrap the bodies of streamers with iridescent fibers. The size of the fibers is just as important as the color: it determines the volume created around the hook.

Choose your declination
6-mm fibers produce a less voluminous finish than 10-mm fibers, given the same number of wraps. Choose the size based on the desired shape and the available space in the curve. Tightly packed wraps produce a dense body; spaced-out wraps reveal part of the underlying structure. Tuck the fibers back toward the rear as you wrap to prevent them from getting caught under the next wrap. The chenille is supplied in 1-meter lengths.
