How can I find out the delivery time?
An indicative range is mentioned on each product sheet, and this for each transporter. You can thus have an estimate of the delivery day.
How do I track an already shipped package?
By clicking on "My Account", in the "My Orders" sections, you have a summary of all your purchases made on Hook'Up with their progress. A simple click on the order concerned brings up the carrier and the package tracking number.
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
You just need to contact us by email or telephone and tell us your name and your order number. We take care of finding a quick and efficient solution.
One of my articles broke during normal use, do you take charge of after-sales service?
