Hends Killer Dubbing combines the fine undercoat with the coarser parts of various furs. Holographic and iridescent fibers are blended into this natural base, giving the body texture and shimmer rather than a uniform color.

Hends recommends it for the bodies of gammarus, nymphs, drowned flies, and streamers, as well as for certain leg details. The blend thus provides a material for fly patterns where the fibers need to remain visible on the surface. A tightly packed body and a lightly brushed body will produce two different textures using the same dubbing.
