The Orvis Battenkill Disc continues the heritage with a modernized design. Its Hydros SL brake with six carbon/stainless steel surfaces ensures power and progressiveness, while the tighter tolerances provide increased fluidity. The curved foot preserves line leaders and the ventilated mid-arbor spool lightens the whole while paying homage to classic Battenkills. Made from 6061-T6 aluminium with an ergonomic Delrin handle, this reel combines sobriety, robustness and efficiency. Simple left/right conversion to suit all fly fishers.
