The following sales conditions are entered into between the company Sunrise Tackle S.A.S, with its registered office located at 9 Place Jules Nadi, 26100 Romans-sur-Isère, registered under the number 810 462 796, hereinafter referred to as hook-up.eu, and on the other hand, any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase through the hook-up.eu website, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer."

The prices indicated include order processing fees. Shipping and handling charges are additional and determined based on the destination, weight and volume of the package(s), and the chosen mode of transport. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. The necessary documents are included with the package(s).
7. Orders
The customer places an order on the website "www.hook-up.eu". To purchase one or more items, they must follow the following order process:

8. Payment Terms
Purchases are paid for using one of the following secure methods, at the customer's convenience:

- By Alma, up to 4 installments without charge
9. Shipping and Delivery Times
Any order placed on the hook-up.eu site from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays) will be prepared and shipped within 2 to 7 days, depending on the product's storage location, subject to payment validation.
For transparency, the product delivery time is indicated directly on each product page and on the carrier selection page of the hook-up.eu site. hook-up.eu undertakes to deliver orders placed by the customer within the specified deadlines.
- DPD HOME: 1 or 2 business days at your home or the address of your choice from the shipping date
- DPD PICK-UP POINT: 1 or 2 business days at the address of the chosen partner relay point from the shipping date
- DELIVENGO: order delivered within 2 to 8 business days at your home or the address of your choice from the shipping date
- LA POSTE TRACKED LETTER: 1 or 2 business days at your home or the address of your choice from the shipping date
- DHL EXPRESS: 1 or 2 business days at your home or the address of your choice from the shipping date
If the items have not been delivered within 21 days from the expected delivery date stated during the order, and if this delay is not due to force majeure, the customer can proceed with the resolution of the sale by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: 9 Place Jules Nadi, F-26100 Romans-sur-Isère. The amounts paid by the customer will then be fully refunded. The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the delivered items. Any anomaly observed (missing item, damaged package, broken item, etc.) must be reported within 4 days following the receipt.
10. Right of Withdrawal: Exchange or Return
Customers, non-professional individuals, have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery of their order to return the product to hook-up.eu for exchange or refund without penalty; the return and possible re-shipment costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
The customer will be fully refunded as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after exercising their right of withdrawal.
11. Exchange and Return Conditions for Refund
The returned items must be new, in perfect condition, and in their original box. The customer must keep the proof of deposit of the package with the return service provider. In the absence of this proof, no exchange or refund can be made in case of loss of the package.
11. Warranty All delivered products must be checked by the customer upon delivery. Without any return on their part, fourteen days after receiving the products, the customer will be deemed to have received them in perfect condition. In case of a complaint, hook-up.eu undertakes to replace the products if they have been recognized as defective. The products are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the delivery date, subject to compliance with storage and usage conditions. This warranty covers any hidden defect resulting from a manufacturing or material defect making them unfit for use. Under this warranty, the only obligation incumbent on hook-up.eu will be the replacement of recognized defective or non-compliant products. Any potential shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Defects and damage caused by natural wear and tear, normal wear and tear, an external incident, or modification are excluded from the warranty.
12. Loyalty Program
With each order, accumulate between 5% and 20% of the total amount in discount vouchers for use in your future purchases. - Activation of discount vouchers: Go to "My Account" and click on "Rewards" to generate your codes. - Use of codes: During your payment, enter the code in the designated window, and the discount will be applied automatically. - Activation of codes after an order: Codes are available once the previous order is received, ensuring trouble-free delivery. - Note on discounts: They do not apply to items already on promotion. - Transfer of codes: Codes are personal and not transferable. - Referral: Each referred friend offers you a €5 discount voucher on their first order. - Problem with a code: Contact us by email, and we'll solve the problem within a few hours =) - Loyalty points acquired during your order are valid for 12 months.
13. Limitations of Liability
Sunrise Tackle S.A.S cannot be held responsible for direct and indirect damages caused to the user's equipment when accessing the www.hook-up.eu site, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 3 or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility. Sunrise Tackle S.A.S cannot also be held responsible for indirect damages (such as, for example, loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the www.hook-up.eu site. Interactive spaces (possibility to ask questions in the contact space) are available to users. Sunrise Tackle S.A.S reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content deposited in this space that would violate applicable laws in France, especially data protection provisions. If necessary, Sunrise Tackle S.A.S also reserves the right to involve the civil and/or criminal liability of the user, especially in the case of messages with a racist, offensive, defamatory, or pornographic nature, regardless of the medium used (text, photography, etc.).
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute related to the use of the www.hook-up.eu site is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Romans-sur-Isère.
