Recoil guides, a machined aluminum reel seat, and a flor-grade cork handle complete the rod. A rod sleeve and an aluminum tube protect the rod. Choose the line weight based on the flies you’re casting and your desired presentation. A 9-foot length provides line control; the 8-foot-6-inch model offers a more compact grip. The speed of your cast should allow the line to tighten before you cast forward again.
