AHA Angel Hair adds shiny fibers to the wings, tails, and bodies of flies. Its flexibility makes it suitable for use in streamer material mixes as well as in small bundles used on their own.

To diffuse the highlights, mix a few AHA fibers into the wing material before setting it. Conversely, a layer applied to the side creates a more concentrated shiny area. Slightly offset the lengths if the flash is paired with a flexible tail. Add the fibers in small amounts to gauge how they blend in with the other materials.
