Textreme Power Thread Small 50 Denier is a high-strength technical polymer thread, up to ten times stronger than steel of the same diameter. With a strength of 2.20 kg, it combines finesse and strength, making it an excellent choice for #8 to #18 hooks. Versatile, it can be used to produce smooth, even underbodies or to work with difficult materials such as elk or deer hair, without the risk of breakage. Thanks to its design, it can be easily split to create dubbing loops without having to double the wire, making it very practical for assembly. Available in black (a stable color that won't fade) and natural white (can be tinted with permanent marker), it is packaged in 100-meter spools. As with all Power Thread products, we recommend the use of a ceramic-tipped spool-holder to preserve the thread.
