Hends Flat Tinsel can be used in several ways to add shimmer to a fly. When wound in tight, continuous turns, it covers the body; when wound in spaced-out turns, it forms a shimmering band. A piece can also be used on the back, the wing pouch, or another small detail of the fly.
The range includes metallic, pearlescent, and other finishes, depending on the variant. Their appearance varies in prominence depending on the surface area covered. While winding, keep the tinsel flat to ensure an even width and control the thickness of the body or the wrap.
