Hends Holographic Tinsel adds a shimmering surface to the strip-built parts of a fly. A few spaced-out wraps define the segments of an abdomen; tight, overlapping wraps cover the body, leaving more room for the tinsel’s color and shimmer.
Its uses aren’t limited to wrapping. The material can be placed on a back, a tag, or a wing pouch, depending on the fly’s design. It allows you to create crisp details without adding the texture of dubbing or the bulk of a chenille.
